>No more Firefox with Google Toolbar ad..

>This bug:

Is making people have less luck with Firefox. Bye Google Toolbar, I was in fact actually promoting your use through an ad on this site. Now, I’m going to be actively removing you.

>Target sells some software…

>Some of it caught my attention. Note: I took these pictures a while ago.

The Sun Copyright interested me here.

WordPerfect Bundles Firefox.. Who knew?

>Election 08: Glassboth

>”We believe there is only one way to combat this “assault on reason” (to borrow a term from Al Gore) and that is education. Know your candidates and you can never be exploited.”
-Glassboth

My girlfriend found this website that I thought I’d pass along. It’s a quick quiz that will help you find which candidate matches your beliefs.
Try it! Spread It!
Glassboth

For the more technically oriented, or less trusting. It doesn’t require you to do any stupid signups to work.

>Oops..Nouveau vs Nv

>”You should try out nouveau it might give you a performance gain over Nv, even with 3d”
-Bryan to David Harding at Ubuntu Loco Lan Party.

Bryan proved himself wrong today, but is also going to be tracking performance on a dailyish basis to see when it does perform better.

Check out: http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pdtFv6YrWoXq6zCiFOSE2PQ

Important disclaimer: Nouveau doesn’t currently claim to support 3d at all. (It will eventually though). Bryan wrongfully claimed it did.

>We live in a democracy….

>Right?
http://www.boston.com/news/politics/primaryvoices/2008/01/the_long_arms_of_broadcast_med.html

ABC removed people from their first debate as well. I suppose since the primaries aren’t really democratic at all (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_primary) , makes this somewhat of a mute point.

I sometimes wonder if we can do a class action lawsuit against the Democratic Party for wrongful advertising. When was the last time they were promoting real democracy? Of course, I wonder the same thing about the PATRIOT ACT.
