>Removing Mono from default Ubuntu Desktop CDs.
Possible patent issues and including mono by default is a bad strategic decision for Ubuntu.
Mono currently supports F-Spot and Tomboy Notes in the default Ubuntu desktop Cds. These and the rest of Mono would have to be removed for this blueprint to be implemented.

I believe this package not being released violates 2 of the 4 Ubuntu promises.
….always be free of charge, including enterprise releases…
Because if you get the Enterprise version of Ubuntu it comes with this.

Currently this appears to be a place holder for proprietary software. (Even though “it” is licensed under GPLv2)
Please release landscape-client under the GPL.
